I kind of feel bad for Mitt on this one: he probably searched high and low to find a woman he could appoint in good faith, and probably figured a prosecutor would be fairly conservative, and the president of a temple might have a certain amount of values . . . and since she was a Democrat, she might get approved . . . then, POW, right in the kisser with this one.

Mitt always had my sympathy as the Gov of Mass... Talk about spitting in the wind.

She must've lost her mind when she let that savage go off scot-free.

I really do wish she would vocalize what it was that made her do such a thing. Yeah, she's from Mass and that accounts for a certain amount of natural bleeding heart moonbattery but is that really it? What was it she was thinking? Was it prison overcrowding? Who puts pressure on judges to release these monsters? Why should any judge take such a risk?

Those are outstanding questions, and, of course, they cut to the very essence of the issue.

I wonder . . . her husband's a criminal defense attorney. Not for nothing, but I wonder if he has her ear?

There HAD to be some poor smuck guilty of a drug crime...or some "white-collar" type crime..that could have taken that killers place. No freaking question in my mind....

This is sick...!!
