Paul is an isolationist. He also has no chance of winning the nomination. Neither do Hunter or Tancredo, or probably Huckabee.

"Paul is an isolationist. He also has no chance of winning the nomination. Neither do Hunter or Tancredo, or probably Huckabee."

I think many people have been conditioned to accept this interventionist-meddling-nation building-propping up dictators-policing the world foreign policy, that anyone who disagrees, even if they believe in the constitutional and traditional Republican foreign policy, you consider "isolationist." But that's not the case at all.

I agree that Hunter and Tancredo unfortunately have no chance. Paul does have a growing amount of support, and I think the polls are a bit misleading, because he has a lot of support from young people who haven't voted in an election yet, or third-party conservatives, independents, libertarians and others who the phone polls may not reach, if they are only phoning the remaining Republican base, who are for the war and Bush. I really think that many of you here are underestimating the amount of support he has, and the passion behind it. As time goes on, more and more people are waking up about the one-party system masquerading as two, so his support is going to keep growing.
