Police: Church Gunman Killed Himself

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - The man who killed four people at a church and missionary training center died of a self-inflicted shotgun wound, police said Tuesday.

Matthew Murray, 24, was struck multiple times by a security officer at New Life Church Sunday but died after firing a single shot at himself, the El Paso County Coroner's Office concluded after an autopsy.

Jeanne Assam stopped him flat. Maybe he killed himself...doesn’t matter. She continued to fire until she knocked the perp off his feet...then she again warned him...he still had control of his gun...so she proceeded to fire...former law enforcement officer...intense training... The paid security guards both men had their weapons draw and stood around like ‘what’d I do now’...duh... did they freeze...sounds like it...should they be fired...I would think so...hire her...make her head of security...she deserves to be highly honored...

Folks, what we see here is the media taking a baseball bat to a hero because of two things: she is a dedicated Christian and she used a gun.

They even threw in a statement that she was fired from her police job for lying in an investigation about cussing out a bus driver.

Really off the wall and totally irrelevant considering that the guy she shot had over 1,000 rounds of ammo on him and intended on using every one.

But then it’s the media that creates and feeds hatred of Christians isn’t it...

I agree. And she doesn’t have to live with the knowledge that she took a life, which, believe it or not, creates a hardship for law enforcement officers and soldiers alike, regardless of the circumstances under which the killing occurs.

Yes, in MN...unfortunately she was fired...an internal investigation said she lied about using foul language...they had some type of tape to prove that. She appealed and lost. Today, it’s their loss...she’s America’s hero.
