When Slovenia was part of Yugoslavia, Slovenia's biggest complaint was all the money that they had to pay to financially support the Kosovo Albanians. The Slovenians objected to paying welfare for Albanians, especially because Albanians weren't even Yugoslavs and many of them were even illegals, and I can't blame them for that. But as for "Slovenians concern for minorities", that's a joke, too. Slovenia is the most ethnically pure country of any in the region -- they have virtually no minorities at all -- especially on paper because they literally "erased all their minorities.
