Agree whole heartedly.
Oh, brother. I thought you might be reasonable....but when you talk about the wonderful “spotlight” Fred has gotten, you lose credibility. Fred’s gotten nothing but dissing from the MSM.
Good luck with those windmills.
Hank
People are not ignorant of the fact Fred is in the race. They have known full well. Problem is Fred hasn’t lived up to they hype. He isn’t all the wonderful and people have been underwhelmed by him which led to his falling support. He had everything going for him and was actually given money, coverage, knowledge of his candidacy and time to talk UNLIKE HUNTER. But you continue on trying to sell a lemon. It would be a good thing if Fred didn’t win the nomination because he really wouldn’t win a general election. That’s what it comes down to. The MAJOR reason for ‘conservatives’ grasping at ‘tv star’ Fred was ‘electable’ and yet look at him! In the GOP primary. It would be a travesty if they convinced people to ‘settle’ for him when he has Dole written all over him.
Wonder what Michael Reagan thinks about this, and the MSM and Establishment knocking out fellow California conservative Duncan Hunter, and remembering Reagan's defense of John Anderson to be in a 1980 Debate.? Maybe Michael Reagan could lobby to get Duncan included at the debate at his father's library and place of rest, which is scheduled for the end of this month in California.
Why not? "Because they will only take time away from the 'viable' candidates" is not a good enough answer.
The time for that was back in the straw poll days.........
No, the time for that is right now during the primary season.
Hunter and Paul both belong. They both qualified to be on the SC ballot therefore they both should be in the SC debate along with everyone else qualified to be on the SC ballot.
Great post AIT. But I gotta ask: why would you even leave the door open for the RINO if there wasn't a conservative, ballot qualified alternative?
No way will the liberal REP get my vote. If there's no conservative running in the general election I'll write someone's name in before voting the REP or the DEM.
I'm done playing their stupid game of trying to scare us into voting for the RINO because a DEM might get into office.
They don't want a DEM in the office? Then don't run a RINO against one.
Have you seen how they've treated Ron Paul and his supporters here? That's what everyone else is in for after the convention if you dare object to their candidate.
Just be prepared AuntB.
I share your frustration!
Thanks for the contact info, Sun. I called the SC GOP guy and the FOX number and left messages.
pissant, Please, please, ping everyone and get them on the horn so that they bozos know that the people want a real conservative and not the candidate that the media choose for us.
I don’t think it’s right to blame the media for Hunter’s low polling. He has been in quite a few of the debates and has done so so...he tends to go off into details that are not really inspiring. If he had hit the major points of conservatism with more concise charisma, I believe he would be way ahead.
It’s actually pretty comprehensive.

To do something about the weather... “Too damn hot in the summer... too damn cold in the winter.” Possibilities understudy include: a.) a weather dome over the entire city for climate control. b.) the physical relocation of the entire city to a more hospitable climate or c.) simply throwin’ out anyone who complains.”

As for the RINO comment, that wasn't for you. That was for others on this thread who have made thinly veiled threats not to participate in the election process because their guy didn't make the cut. You know, others whom you've requested add me to some strange list you have yet to explain. HINT: Not everyone who does not actively support Hunter is a RINO.
“People from US Military Bases in Japan (Yokota, Yokosuka, Atsugi NAF, Sasebo, Misawa, Sagamihara, Negishi, etc) on active duty, hailing from the Palmetto State (on their off hours, of course, and from personal laptops) will be sending their protests to the GOP in SC. Will be interesting to see what the response is.”
WOW!!
Please keep us updated when you hear more. Is there a link about this?
LOL LOL LOL!
Wait. This guy paid $35,000 to get on the ballot?????
Hank
>>Why no Hunter? - he makes more sense than the rest of them!<<
That’s precisely why they don’t want him to get any exposure. He just might actually win!
