My fear is that the clerk, Weber, could have been killed. SInce this hit the news, I bet a lot of our wonderful liberals will be lining up to defend Davis and go after Weber.

They will make Davis the victim and try to get Weber on other charges.

Yes it got thrown out, but external pressure on the DA from sources like Jackson/Sharpton can possibly reopen the case.

I was only trying to feed my family will play well with the liberal world.
