"No woman is illegal," Hillary Clinton declared Thursday to campaign-rally attendees after a man said his wife is an illegal alien. The applause followed. Thus does Mrs. Clinton put her own twist on a very common immigration dodge: pretending that when critics of the Bush-Kennedy open-borders philosophy use the term "illegal alien," they refer not merely to matters of immigration status, but to some innate human characteristic. To hear this classically impassioned campaign nonsequitur issue from the same candidate who cared so deeply that she flip-flopped on drivers licenses for illegals two months ago was rich. But so is its etymology, which is interesting in its own right.
In its pre-Hillary incarnation, a very similar phrase first surfaced widely three years ago thanks to Los Angeles Cardinal Roger Mahoney, who said

This could turn out to be a line that comes back to haunt her, even as it unites the liberals behind her.
“Illegal aliens” is the term used in Federal law. It refers to any foreign national here illegally.
Men are illegal, though. Right, Hillary?
Understood. Not sure why you felt the need to point this out, but ok.
I guess it’s because I’m so touchy on this subject. It appears that the Mexican government is using its citizens to try for a land grab. And subverting our laws to their advantage tees me off.
Thanks for you patience. I’ll go away now.
Thank you for pointing that out
:)
I was just curious because I feel as you do.
No woman illegal?Nice!Wrong!
Hill CLINTON IS illegal when she tells that.
Case closed Hill Clintoon
“No woman is illegal,”
Could it be the word “is” in there? Perhaps she is as confused as her husband about the meaning of that word.
Even if no “person” is illegal, that person’s actions/behaviour can still be illegal. The term “illegal alien” is simply shorthand for “person here illegally.”
But then, this is again simply a case of one side of a position attempting to control the discourse (and thus the outcome) by regulating/restricting the language.
“No woman is illegal”
That type of thinking got Bill in a lot of trouble.
I am more concerned when the pro-illegal crowd lumps “immigrants” in with Illegal Aliens
It is bigoted to lump immigrants in the same category as illegal aliens.
Hillary should be illegal
Camille Paglia’s thesis is reinforced:
Men are the bad people, women can do no wrong.
Hillary hates real men.
I’m starting to see that she’s a butch, and her marriage truly is a sham.
She is your typical 1960’s feminazi. There is no room for any thing in her mind other than the feminst world. She has little or no respect for even civil rights or it’s leadership. (As can be seen from her MLK/Johnson remarks.)
There is no doubt that she only cares about what has been defined as “woman’s” issues. She is probably a secret dyke, or at least leans in that direction.
She is a phony, but the modern civil rights movement gave her a pass when it allowed her to get away with her charade at Selm last year. She came with her fake accent, and false civil rights credential. The reality is that she is of age that she could have been there at the civil rights movement if she had so desired.
Nothing back then attracted her other than her own “self interest,” the feminist movement. And now all these years later she still sees all of life through those glasses. Instead of being in Selma where the real civil rigts movement was going on, she was making her mark as a pro-abortion feminist.
She is incapable of enforcing the law of the USA when she refuses to see someone who has broken our laws as illegal. The whole democratic party is in collusion with the illegals in hope of gaining the illegal vote. The statements of clinton are just more pandering by the democrats.
Hillary admits she has no intention of protecting the borders or following the requirements of her constitutional oath.
