When the incompetence of the female democrat “governor” of Louisiana was coupled with the incompetent buffoonery of the black democrat so-called “mayor” of NOLA, it became clear that the operative term “democrat” more accurately could be used to predict the adverse outcomes rather than sex or color.
Blanco was first and more most a LIBERAL. Condi rice or Maggie Thatcher would have kept it together because of the caliber of human being they are....first and foremost. Nothing to do with whether they are chicks or not.

Can you prove that Blanco’s ineffectiveness and idiocy were due to the fact that she was/is a woman? Margaret Thatcher didn’t exhibit any of the same dithering and inaction, and I’m pretty sure she was a woman.
