Sorry for the late reply. I've been working as a roving technician at the polls all day and just got home.
Popcorn's all ready. Been popping for three days straight in anticipation of this circus.
For those of you who may not know, today was the RAT primary here in SC. The pubbies had their shot last Saturday. I've been told that it was the RATs that wanted their primary separate from the pubbies.
So, every polling place I visited today was filled with RATS. Of course, as a poll worker, I have to remain neutral. But I was amazed at the number of RAT voters who asked me why the pub and the RAT primaries were held on separate days. My response was they contact the RAT higher-ups and ask them. Lots of people today were really, really bitter about this. Many of them deplored the wasted tax dollars of paying all the poll workers twice. Interesting, I thought, for that sentiment to come from a RAT.
Oh, in every precinct in my territory (five of them) Obama won going away. Really destroyed Senator Clinton. Edwards came in a distant third. Maybe now he'll bow out and the RATS can really get to work eating their own :)
