Judges: 'Gay' Exposure OK for Kindergartners
World Net Daily ^ | 02/01/2008 | RTO

In a case that could wind up in the U.S. Supreme Court, an appeals panel upheld dismissal of a lawsuit by Massachusetts parents seeking to prevent discussion of homosexual families in their children's elementary school classrooms.

The 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday agreed with a judge's decision last year that a school can expose children to contrary ideas without violating their parents' rights to exercise religious beliefs.

Lynch reasoned that schools must accept the Massachusetts high court's groundbreaking 2003 decision ruling "that the state constitution mandates the recognition of same-sex marriage."

That might be the best explanation so far as to how RINOs are the frontrunners in the GOP.

Pull them out, bankrupt the system then start over. The unions must go
the way of the dinosaurs.

“We try; we are lied to; and when we are disappointed, we allow our issues to fade away without argument. I wonder at what point we will finally carry our demands to fruition and DEMAND that the legislators, that WORK FOR US, finally WORK FOR US?”

When we stop buying the “lesser of evils” crap that the RINO-infested GOP establishment hands us every four years. You know the drill: they give us a Hobson’s Choice and then tell us why it is vital for America to trust the Republicans. At least the Democrats are honest about their intentions.

Granted, not everybody will be happy about this decision. However, those that need to be stoked (perverts, liberals, etc) will be happy and that seems to be the conceived majority today.

I’m so sad for my kids, but we read Biblical readings every night for my youngest’s reading assignment. Knocks out two birds with one stone. Fortuantely here in Georgia people like this would be run out of town on a rail.

But I really fear for our country but at the same time realize Biblical teaching instructs us that this will indeed happen, no matter what. Our job is to continue walking with the Lord.

It’s still not easy...when the Boy Scouts are a hate group...you know we’ve gone too far around the bend to come back.

I fear the older and more moral and sane generation is dying off and leaving us to fend for ourselves, but on the other hand, I hold out hope one day soon the forces of evil will go so far over the line conservative Christians will put an end to this madness, at least enough to give me hope my kids will be another greatest generation!

When the bill came to his desk, he could have refused to sign it. That is the bottom line. Moreover, Romney stacked the courts with pro “gay-rights” jurists. His entire administration was set to a pro-homosexual bent under the pretext of “civil rights” Romney endorsed “civil unions,” which amounts to nothing less than marriage through the back door.

False analogy. Romney directly acted in his governor capacity on issues related to gays.

This is a Federal judge, not a MA state one. Here’s her bio:

Incidentally, she attended Wellesley, Hillary’s old alma mater.

Keep the faith, tpanther....your children, and what they learn in your keep, are the hope for the future of this nation.

It gets to feeling hopeless at times, but the legacy that you are building within your family should give you hope!

God Bless you for passing this along to your kids...
