LOL! What he confessed to, was making a LOCAL phone call on a payphone that only makes long distance calls, placed there for the tourists on the beach. He was loaded up with loco weed and BS'ing this dufus who pretended to be a criminal drug lord.

On the other hand, I’ve seen plenty of exposure of the abuse of children, white and minority. I’m talking about some of those awful foster care stories.
