I cannot WAIT to see McCain try to use the fake Reagan video intro

He cannot possibly be tone deaf enough to try this, can he? I guess we will see.

It is necessary to destroy the party in order to save it.

"I suppose they matter a great deal to ignorant folks who cannot form their own opinions."

How odd it is to think that everyone who listens/watches these hosts get their ideas FROM the talk shows.

Personally, I think that for most, it's exactly the opposite: Rush, Hannity et al get a lot of their ideas from their listeners/viewers. I don't listen (ever) to talk radio, but sometimes watch snippets of H&C and Hannity's America, and I read some of Rush's transcripts and interviews. I find that they often speak for me, more eloquently than I ever could. Thank Heaven there are voices (however imperfect) for conservatives.

As for ignorance--what a complete crock! Conservatives, by and large, are the most intelligent people in the country. While liberals happily drink the purple Kool-Aid, conservatives, especially on FR, are digging through the internet to ferret out the truth of the matter. Were it not for conservatives, many liberal scams would have succeeded--and remember, with stories like Rathergate, the story broke HERE. WE reported it to the talkers, not the other way around.

I think if you HONESTLY look around (that is, without the DU filters), you'll find that conservatives are some of the most independent thinkers you find anywhere. Just read FR: everyone will just love this talk show host or that one--until he/she wanders off into lala-land, as some have been known to do. Freepers will call them on it, every time. That is hardly the behavior of people who are ignorant and can't form their own opinions.

I am not sure what CPAC is, but after seeing the video of McInsane going after a man that had the audacity to question him on something important, I don’t want him anywhere NEAR the White House, even as a visitor.

He would sully it in yet another way than what Clintoon did....with his vile temper.

Step back people, our country is in more dire peril than the next election cycle.

Psalm 33:12 "Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people he chose for his inheritance."

This ain't us.

We are in very dire peril is right! I know that Dr. Dobson has been poo-pooed on FR more lately that I would like to see, but he has had a series of messages on his broadcast on the dangers of Islam in America and the World that are downright frightening unless one is grounded in the comfort and hope that God alone can give us.

What you wrote is all Bull$hit.

The very second we give into McCain is the second he says he has a mandate from conservatives to leave the borders open and grant Amnesty to the illegals.

He will take getting the nod as approval of all the things he did to screw us over the years and we will get much more of the same.

Besides, we NEVER win when we field a liberal on the Republican ticket.

His money comes from Soros:

Soros, Obama, and the Millionaires Exception

His mentor is Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright of the Trinity United Church of Christ (UCC) who is a follower of Louis Farrakhan. I found a very in-depth look at his origins and his past on this website

Rush has a great term to describe the media - Drive-By Media. Maybe we need a new term? Drive-By Posters? Drive-By Freepers?

Not all reporters are in the loop on the big plan so we can hope it will happen with one who did not get the email.

I have been wondering when a reporter will try and goad McCain into an argument and get him to pop off in public.

Yes! We will see that as soon as he is is the official candidate. If it comes before that it will be him attacking a conservative.

Regards

And how many of us have swallowed the "lesser of evils" B/S?

Foolish political puritans, when will you ever learn?

To complain about the "evil" of one candidate but to help elect a greater "evil" is counterproductive and hypocritical.

You could be right, but McCain tried to block President Bush’s nominations. What’s the difference between Hill and John? I see no difference when it comes to Judge nominations, sorry.

Vote for McCain if you want, not me. Support those who “prop” the liberal McCain up, not me, ever. He’s a liberal, end of story.
