Irony of ironies. I first signed up here on the exact same date you did. I see your social graces are as consistent as ever.

So, in retrospect, how do you feel about all the pimping you did for Schwarzenegger? Proud of the role you played in making sure the conservative Tom McClintock didn't become Governor of California?

This is what you’ll get more of if you “stay home” from voting in the fall election because you didn’t get the “perfect” republican canidate.

Well, if we're getting it now from Bush, what matter if we get it from a Dhim or a Rino? In this sort of encounter, it doesn't matter what your partner looks like, since you're always facing the other way.

"Tax cuts, and the war on terror is just about all Bush has going for him for Conservatives."

Bush banned partial birth abortions. Of course, you'd actually have to *be* a conservative to understand that we are pro-life.

Bush also deployed our national missile defenses at sea and on land (and soon to be in air with the ABL). But again, you'd actually have be a conservative, instead of an idiot troll, to be up on the conservative accomplishments of the Bush Administration.

Ditto for Bush killing the Kyoto global warming nonsense and deep-sixing the CCCP-U.S. ABM treaty.

And same again for Bush keeping the U.S. out of the International Criminal Court.

Apparently, not enough research. Sorry.

But if pushing the panic button a little prematurely causes more people to contact their Senator to try to prevent it, then mission accomplished!

and rushed through by voice vote

Didn't one single Republican senator have the spine to demand a roll call vote? There should be no voice votes. If our Poltroons on the Potomac want to lead a life of crime, the first thing we should do is to require they leave their fingerprints at the scene.

"I hope Rush and Hannity exposed this Democrat cow dung today."

To what end?
To get the same results as their electoral advise?

Don't listen to Hannity; but, Rush I do.
As much as I love the guy, owe him so much?
Rush seems too busy quoting Liberal-Socialist publication(s) when they agree with his POV, or, wringing his hands asking of US his listeners, "Why don't they ever get me right??!!?? They don't understand me."

"They" being the Liberal-Socialist shills infesting the quisling media screaming shows of course; specifically, Chris Matthews since he quotes him more than any other.
The man's obsessed with what Matthews --of ALL people-- says, what Matthews thinks et al ad nauseum on his pissant shake-'n-bake cable net.
Why is that?

Sure looks to me like ol' Rush has a problem: he can't see the forest through the trees.
IF Rush doesn't understand the lack of "understanding" of him & his thoughts is deliberate then I've given him far too much credit for many years.
Liberal-Socialists aren't *supposed* to understand him.

...for chrissakes.

You look like a troll. You sound like a troll, and like a troll, your claim above about Bush signing this sort of tax increase is pure propagandated nonsense.

Don’t even respond to him. He’s a leftist who has for years done everything he could to support the liberal GOP crowd that has brought us into this mess, a wolf in sheep’s clothing claiming to be a conservative, and an illegal alien lover to boot. He has no intent to have any honest discussion of issues, his sole mode is to use atrocious manners and negativity to drive away those with whom he disagrees.

Wow, and I must be a really good (or perhaps bad) troll considering I’ve managed to survive on FR longer than you have.

Oh it is, now is it? The guy who took six years to cast his first veto is going to have the guts to veto this? The acronym “BCRA” ring a bell? More likely he’ll pass the buck hoping the Supreme Court invalidates it.

How profoundly foolish does one need to be to believe, in 2008, that Bush is a conservative?

cover-up by no coverage by our media
the games our congress plays (it isn't baseball)
makes me wonder how much money was given to our congress
to formulate another tax on the working people of this nation.
Where the money goes, once in the hands of congress
with this new tax, is anyone's guess.
Thank God, our congress is on the American working family's side.
At least that is what these demonrats and rinos tell us!
I guess, I should type, thanks for the lies, congress.

Well, you sure haven’t learned how to verify Senate votes.

What was I supposed to think...that instead of an idiot troll, that you were just an idiot?!

Claiming that Bush would sign a tax increase, when all that he’s done has been to sign tax cuts, displays a grand obtuseness and willingness to rationalize-away all reality.

Glenn beck said it was authored by Obama and Hagel. True?

Sen. Barack Obama [D, IL] and 3 Co-Sponsors

Sen. Maria Cantwell [D, WA]
Sen. Dianne Feinstein [D, CA]
Sen. Charles Hagel [R, NE]

Hagel is in really good company there, isn't he?

This new tax goes to the UN for them to do as they see fit.

That usually means lining someone’s pockets.
