All Republicans in Ohio, Texas and PA, vote for Obama. McCain has this race locked up. This knock Clinton out once and for all.
To: SengirV
No you do not.
Hillary will likely take Florida.
Obama will not.
I live in both Pa and Florida and if you can tell me how the GOP can win without Florida, then I’ll agree.

I vote that you vote against the Beast, too. The conventional wisdom is that she is easier to beat. I don't think so.
Obama is an empty suit. It will be much easier to paint him as the Republicans want to. Hillary is too well known to do that. No one knows he wants big tax increases, etc.
Obama will be much much easier to beat. The other thing is I'm not certain McCain is going to run a good campaign of substance. The safe thing is to have Hillary lose now.

We have a better chance of defeating her than Obama...by a long shot. People are acting like he’s the next messiah and they won’t be easily convinced otherwise. If Hillary gets the nomination, Obama’s base will stay home. IMHO.
To: TommyDale
I agree. We’ll deal with Obama later. Top priority (since we can no longer have ANY acceptable President) — make sure the Clintons are defeated. THEY’RE the worst case scenario. I realize Obama may be harder to beat, and is, in fact, even a bigger LIB than Hillary, but we MUST get those dirtbags out of our political system once and for all.

Please dont do it. I know its SOOOO tempting to drive a stake through the Clintons, but trust me, as a resident of the Peoples Republic of Illinois, B Hussein Obama is WORSE. I know its hard to believe, but true.Perhaps you are right, Obama is worse than Hillary. The problem is that with Hillary, you also get Bill. Its Team Clinton that scares me.

It is far from a done deal that McCain can beat Hillary. The Dems are mobilized and energized. They are showing up three to one in the primaries compared to Reps. And McCain has turned off the conservative base.
Hillary and Bill are far more dangerous in the WH than Obama. People are trying to be too clever by half in taking out Hillary. When you have the opportunity to put your archenemy out of the game, you do it.

Post 26, I am not for Obama. I want to vote against Hillary in the PA primary April 22. I will vote for the Republican in the general election.

All of the people who believe that McCain can beat hillary are drinking too much.
The Clintons are very dangerous opponents with a track record of winning against GOP foes, have long associations with powerful members of the political establishment, close ties to the MSM, can raise tons of money and are ruthless, unfettered by ethics or morality, and simply will swamp us in the general.
Obama has not yet had decades to build power bridges and favors and will be a vulnerable candidate in November.
McCain is not going to have that support, or the numbers that the dems are turning out, simply because the dems are trying to out left each other, and their voter base is loving it.
McCain could be farther left, but he certainly has split the GOP base like a grapefruit, and has left deep divisions among us.
The Clintons will strangle us, period.

No matter who the Dems nominate, Obama or Hillary, it is their race to lose. If I had to choose between the two, I prefer Obama. It will take him a year or more just to get organized and set up his administration. Hillary and Bill will hit the ground running. They will have their agenda ready from day one. And they are more likely to get it done.

I trust you. And if the Hildebeast is behind on April 22nd, I might actually end up voting
for her. The key is to keep their race just close enough to get them fighting bigtime and to expend their resources.
We actually have a good Dem running against a moonbat Dem for the state senate, so I'm voting to support him since there is no longer anything at stake in the Republican primary.

You can vote against Hillary without voting for Obama if Edwards, Richardson, or someone else is on the Democrat ballot.

The sooner Hillary is defeated, the better. Urkel may have a lot of momentum now, but he will be beatable in November.
To: Dave W

He is only an empty suit to those who take the time to look more into him. Because he is so undefined, he is whatever his supporters want to imagine him to be. He isn't a candidate, he is a cult of personality. By defeating him before the primary it would be crushing to the energized base that is volunteering, working hard for, and contributing to him. Clinton is the old machine candidate and what better way to despirit Dim voters than to have her emerge as the nominee?
While Hitlary is the devil we know, she is also the more conservative of the two. Look at the only thing Obambi has attached his name to- the Global Poverty Act. At calling for .7% of GDP to be spent on "world poverty reduction" he is giving us a naked glimpse into the socialism that he would aspire to.
