The problem is we offshore the low skilled jobs leaving no path for people to become high skilled. Soon we have high skilled and no skilled.

Globalization is only a form of wealth redistribution. The amazing IT companies in India were funded by their government. Why does our government fund the movement of jobs offshore instead of building our economy?

The only thing the government can do to build our economy is cut taxes and get out of the way.

Offshoring avoids:

1. Over regulation.

2. Threat of litigation.

3. Union wage scales.

4. Onerous taxes.

As overseas markets gain strength and grow, there are less and less overseas resources available to outsource to. What is happening in India, China and other growing economies is that the most competent and best are finding more wealth working for smaller companies or providing Asian solutions. As a result of this, the big outsourceree’s Like WIPRO, TATA, etc are becoming like a K-Mart of resource pools, they can do the job cheaply and that’s about it.

No, that's incorrect -- globalization is the rest of the world waking up to understand that communism and socialism doesn't work. When did this really start? When the Berlin wall fell and Russia, China and India saw the writing on the wall

The amazing IT companies in India were funded by their government.

that's completely incorrect -- the IT companies grew inspite of the Indian govt. -- they are all private enterprises.
