He as much as admitted he was wrong about Al Qaeda being in Iraq in his statement he would only send troops BACK to Iraq if Al Qaeda shows up there.
This guy talks before he thinks and really doesn't seem very bright at all.
He's probably bright, but can't see the light for that huge chip he has on his shoulder.
