I am just tendering a guess here, but I am going to bet that this video is fabricated somehow to attempt to bring more public scrutiny of our soldiers to bear on the war effort. Of course, if it IS authentic, then the soldiers involved should be severely punished. Either way, throwing a puppy off a cliff by ANYONE is sick...
