He actually does something right after supporting that other homosexual thing not long ago.

"Every California child deserves a quality education and parents should have the right to decide what's best for their children,"

This from Arnold? Liberal moonbat on steroids Arnold?

That does it, Hell HAS frozen over.

Looks like I'm going to be busy for the next few years.

“I doubt this should be in Breaking news. The ruling came out on the 28th of February. Where has Arnold been?”

Why testing the Political Breeze of course, it takes time for the wind speed to build up.

That said, his “help” would be better then having someone openly hostile in Sacramento...Kaliforniaaaa

I think that this home school ruling should be enough reminder for those idiots voting for third parties or staying at home that their actions does have consequences.

My wife, a credentialed teacher, wholeheartedly concurs. The one of ten classes being worthwhile....maybe one in ten.

Humblegunner: I hope it encourages them to get some credentials.

Cicero: Have you ever looked at the kind of ridiculous junk you have to go through to be certified as a teacher?

Humblegunner, a California teaching credential is not about teaching. It's psychobabble.

I’m confused as to your reference to Michigan.

We have no jobs and people are fleeing the high taxes, but homeschooling is an accepted practice here. You simply file a few papers and they leave you alone — no social workers, tutors, “certified teachers,” etc.

Homeschooling parents probably won’t come here. There’s not much for a breadwinner to do.

Just got off the phone with a friend who is a teacher. She’s burnt out, not because of the kids but all of the paperwork she has to hand into the state, leaving less time for her to teach.

My wife’s degree was to be a teacher. She jokes about it because she was learning crafts in college . . . projects with macaroni and cut-out heavy brown paper turkeys and the like. I have to admit though . . . the kids love it and I wouldn’t know how to make a turkey that gobbles with just some string, glue, scissors and different colors of paper!

Not worth 4 years of classes though . . .

"Every California child deserves a quality education and parents should have the right to decide what's best for their children," the governor said in a statement.

Hey, Arnie! That's not what you said when you signed all those bills mandating teaching homosexualism to grade-schoolers and revising all the textbooks!

Why doncha fix that one, while you're at it.

Didn’t racists back in the old days take native kids away from their families for “education” in boarding schools? How is this ruling different than what they did back a hundred years?

He’s not as “liberal” as people think.

Actually he's MORE liberal than people think. Believe me, I know.

The enemy, and their socialist agenda:

"Union pleased with ruling

The ruling was applauded by a director for the state's largest teachers union.

"We're happy," said Lloyd Porter, who is on the California Teachers Association board of directors. "We always think students should be taught by credentialed teachers, no matter what the setting."

“This is a common sense cause, and he is correct.”

If it is common sense, why did the judge rule they way he did?

This is the first I’ve heard of it as well, so maybe it’s finally hitting the media “headlines”.

He has the power to pardon in CA.

So he should just do it and nullify the ruling.
