I NEED SOME reason to believe it would be better to not vote for McCain.

He only took credit for the cross over voting. He is tickeled how that has made everything esculate to the point where they are killing themselves.

I thought I heard Rush say that in PA Hillary is leading Obama. Misheard perhaps, or miswrote. Yes, he leads in delegates and popular vote right now.
Clearly, this is part of her devious plot to steal the nomination. But, seriously, with Michigan and Florida, could she have enough to get the nomination?
Even with Michigan, Florida, and every other state from here on out, she will still not have enough delegates to win the nomination, nor will she even have the popular vote. She will have to buy off the super delegates from supporting Obama in order to win the nomination. When that happens, all hell will break loose with the hard core Obama supporters who will NEVER vote for her.
Add in the fact that once she gets the nomination and we start spreading the details about her tie-in with the Black Panthers (whose endorsement Obama first accepted and bragged about on his web site - then had to refuse it and take it down after Hannity, et.al., kept talking about it today)- and Hillary will lose in a land slide to McCain.
Hillary Clinton is tied in with all the same racist andi-war, anti-American Marxist hate-crowd that Obama is tied in with.
Rush’s “operation chaos” is ALREADY successful beyond his wildest dreams. LOL

You DID not read ALL my posts. — I did not mention taxes but I did mention Supreme Court and WOT.
McCain is weak on both. He is a charter member of the gang of 14 and is a good bud of many Judiciary Committee RINOs and Dems. As someone else mentioned consider Justice Spector, or worse. On WOT McCain is opposed to Gitmo and all that means, and is opposed to waterboarding. He basically, IMO, wants GC rights given to terrorists. He wants to treat terrorist the way he wanted to be treated in Hanoi, or better.
On taxes, McCain is clueless when it comes to basic conservative economic principles. The best thing he thinks of is stopping earmarks which is mousenuts in the grand scheme of things. His main objective is a balanced budget which is bassackwards. The only way to get a balanced budget is LOWER taxes, especially investment and business taxes. He wants tax cuts for the ‘middle-class’. This is a nonsensical concept, and terrible tax policy. The people that pay the most taxes should get the biggest cuts (all the cuts). IMO, everybody should pay the SAME taxes.
The troops. I think HC is lying. She will not abandon Iraq. It is all bullshit to win the left.
No matter what we can recover from four years of a very leftist regime as long as we do not turn into Mexico. In any case it will be a painful four years.
We have a lot of good and some terrible GOP local and state elections. This year I am putting all my energy into that. We can unseat the Foley replacement in my district and we have a true eco-wacko running for commission against a total idiot RINO. Our state legislature needs significant work. We need lower taxes, less regulation, and some common sense and some balls. This year all politics is local. McCain is BAD for the Country and I say, NO.

Sorry, if you take it that way. Actually, I loath the Clintons. I always thought that something like this might come out on Obama. When I heard his life story I thought this is either a very angry man that learned to cover up, or a real saint. I mean how can you not begin with a ton of resentment if your dad just ran off to go to Harvard and dumped you with a mom. You have to join a racist black church as an outsider in Chicago to achieve your political goals. Now I guess we know what the truth is. No surprise unfortunately. Actually, what I heard Obama say, was that if you oppose socialism you are a racists.

I will not give a pass to McCain either. I hope and Pray that conservatives will set up a “think tank” that will give us alternatives during these next 4 years and beyond.
I am NOT happy with what the Democrats did to us with McCain.

We need direction and that is where my posts have been going all along.
I am not happy with “I hate McCain”, with no solution. It sounds too close to “vote for Hillary or Obama” We conservatives need to unite.

I’m not sure I don’t have a solution either. I’m hoping we unite at the local level. I do some community organizing. I live in a 90% old fart conservative town. Yet when ever we try to do something these people all go running to city hall for a “grant” or hand out. You should see the reaction I get when I say, “I do not want to take public money.”
Rush said more than once that we will never elect a third party president because the third parties are trying to build from the top down. Now that we lost the primaries I think we need to build conservatism from the ground up.
