Class Act?

Since when is it the courts duty to repaint someone elses home?

Seems to me Texas isn’t quite as fond of individual property rights as they market themselves to be.

This wasn’t a health or safety issue, so why is the court mucking with his property?

Class act was a sarcastic comment.

Since when is it the courts duty to repaint someone elses home?

If it is a local government standard/law, then it is protected under the 10th amendment. Don't say I agree, butt he guy was a jerk, especially for attacking the woman.
