Man are you gullible. There's not a judge in this land (not even in Florida) that wouldn't agree that a cop had probable cause to believe underage drinking was going on in those circumstances. When cops are called to a loud teenage or college party, I'd be willing to bet that 99 times out of 100 it's
not a root beer party.
