Only people hand picked by the Chinese Consulate are being allowed into the apparent torch destination. Others are being kept out with barricades.

I guess the ChiComs can dictate who can walk on an American street....

Protesters surging toward Bay and Van Ness.

I’m seeing hundreds, if not thousands on the move.

They are being stopped at some intersections but getting by at other locations.
