Welker has been arrested 27 times. ...Other charges include battery on an elderly or disabled person and grand theft auto What does this guy have to do to spend more than a few months behind bars? Hopefully this time they'll throw away the key, but I'm not exactly confident about that happening.

It's a good thing the Florida judges are so strict with these kinds of criminals. Maybe they'll give him another suspended sentence for his 28th arrest.
