Yes. I've written my fair share of franchise agreements and seen countless others, including restaurant franchise agreements. This is not the type of information that goes into a Franchise Agreement. I'd bet the farm on it.

There are so many changes in ownership of large companies. I am glad Popeye's is still 'American'.

And I agree - who else owns what? I would not knowingly support a company that is trying to force us to support their way of life - when they want to kill us.

There is no such thing as kosher pork. All products from a pig are unkosher.
Also, all animals must be without blemish, raised and butchered properly to be kosher. Rules of Kashrut are much stricter than Halal. However, Jewish run banks don't impose Jewish law on anyone.

Since when does a store not being open on Sunday infringe on your right not to practice a religion? There's nothing in the Constitution that says you have a right to Chik-Fil-A on demand.

Nobody's forcing religion on you by refusing to work on the Sabbath, either Saturday or Sunday.
