If the Muslim kids don’t want to touch the dog then they don’t have to touch the dog. Problem solved!
I really doubt this teacher was forcing the kids to touch his dog so they should just sit down and shut up. If there should be a “zero tolerance” policy for anything it should be kids threatening their teachers for any reason. How can any child learn in an environment where their peers are behaving like that. That boy should be kicked out of school for acting like that.
I notice that the other kids solved their ‘problem’ by putting paper towels around their hands so they could pet the dog. That seems a little nutty to me but at least they were trying to be friendly and learn about American culture. The ones who want to force their teacher to follow their own culture instead are disrespectful and should be punished and if they act threatening they should be expelled.
In the United States he can make threats anytime, anywhere, and to whom anyone he pleases and the authorities will take no action against him. Why? Because he is a muslim.
As far as the people who are supposed to enforce the law are concerned being a muslim gives one more immunity from the laws than being an illegal alien does.
In both cases, only the laws that benefit them apply.

For me, if someone says "I am going to kill you." in a fit of anger or in any threatening way, I will remind them that next time I see them, I will put a hole in them, as I believe they will carry through on their threat.

what kind of messed up “religion/culture” forbids the touching of dogs? you have to teach children to hate dogs unless they’ve been bitten.. it’s natural for children to love animals.. and its a natural reaction to want to pet animals.. they are truly screwed up.The same that forbids eating pigs. Way back in the day pigs and dogs were pretty big disease vectors. The problem with modern Islam is that it *refuses to adapt* to new realities in the world. The Koran was a great problem solving document in 700ad. Now not so much. I don't see christian men adhering to Leviticus, stoning people and building funky temples these days. Fundamentalist Islamists might learn a thing or two from their example.

Islam made some early advances in algebra and astronomy, but only because these studies helped with their worship - timekeeping and pointing their asses in the right direction when they pray.
The only scientific advances they made after that were due to the dhimmis that they allowed to live once they pillaged a country.
Reformation or rennaisance is impossible, because anyone that “tacks a proclamation on the mosque door” would be beheaded.

The Islamic *world* is very dynamic. Islam is only one of a bunch of competing ideologies. It's just the biggie at the moment.
Rather than doing away with service dogs it would be much better for society in general to get rid of all Muslims.
