Obama lost the election today.

Obama said he and his wife, Michelle, had notified the church in a letter Friday that they “were withdrawing as members of Trinity,” in part because of “a cultural and a stylistic gap.”

Remember: The Democrat newsrooms will protect Obama the way a mother protects a slow child.

That was tried for McGovern, Mondale, Dukakis, Gore and Kerry.

In other words, it fails the majority of the time.

Obama said he began contemplating such a move after the "National Press Club episode" in which his former pastor and longtime spiritual mentor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr., made comments that the senator later denounced as offensive.

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. offensively called Obama a typical politician!

Actually, his full name is Barack Hussein Muhammad Obama (PBUH).

I forgot about Muhammad. But I won’t go after his last name. That’s been done for the wrong reasons in American politics in the past.

Well I hope they are right about Obama losing the election. However I'm not so sure. Never overestimate the intelligence of the American public. We have been getting stupider by the year. I used to think that the knuckle draggers on Jay Leon's jaywalking were cherry picked for being stupid. Now I'm not so sure.
Look the people who drank the Obama kool aid are not the sharpest knife in the drawer. In fact they are about as sharp as a butter knife. Obama still might win.

True, a black guy named Hussein does not have much of a chance even with the entire DBM at his feet.

But I would much rather he quit the church in Sept or Oct than now. The DBM has way of forgetting all these little events that happen now.

Why do you characterize it as sad? The man is an evil sob imo. There’s nothing sad about it, it is just black racist, marxist elitist, islamofacist.

When you put a church on as a cover, not knowing what the black church is to start with, it’s easy to cut a pastor, a church loose... cause you weren’t a Christian to start with. I’ve only told folks of the below and more for a year.

Case in point:

Snip:

“I was a little Jakarta street kid,” he said in a wide-ranging interview in his office (excerpts are on my blog, www.nytimes.com/ontheground). He once got in trouble for making faces during Koran study classes in his elementary school, but a president is less likely to stereotype Muslims as fanatics — and more likely to be aware of their nationalism — if he once studied the Koran with them.

Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it’ll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.”

Moreover, Mr. Obama’s own grandfather in Kenya was a Muslim. Mr. Obama never met his grandfather and says he isn’t sure if his grandfather’s two wives were simultaneous or consecutive, or even if he was Sunni or Shiite. (O.K., maybe Mr. Obama should just give up on Alabama.)

Our biggest mistake since World War II has been a lack of sensitivity to other people’s nationalism, from Vietnam to Iraq. Perhaps as a result of his background, Mr. Obama has been unusually sensitive to such issues and to the need to project respect rather than arrogance. He has consistently shown great instincts.

Say it with me... taqiyya. Every lie is divine to take steps establishing the caliphate, Allah is the greatest of all plotters.

(All I say is, hurry up Tuesday and nominate him, it’s on)

Well it only took him 20 years.

If this is any indication of how long we'd have to wait for him to take action against an attacking enemy, we all might as well kiss our asses goodbye.

It would seem that he would be pi$$ing off both sides - it’s simply too late to “resign” and be believable. On the other hand, he won’t stand up for what he believes in. This should do him in, but I fear it won’t even matter.

Let’s hope you don’t find a church where the congregation get up and claps, stomps and yells at every anti-white rant that come from the pulpit. This is where you sat for 20 years. Did you stomp, yell and clap??

Inquiring minds would like to know.

Doesn’t reverse 20 years of being members, sitting in the pews and agreeing with all the racist vitriol Rev Wright and their guest preachers vomit out.

"Obama said he has “tremendous regard” for the church community..."

A quote from the Politico article. What a bunch of racist, hateful, morons to have "tremendous regard" for. The congregation is just as bad or worse as the poppin jays they have carrying on in the pulpit. Unbelieveable the way the congregation reacts to all of the racist, hate whitey junk they are fed by these ignorant church leaders.

“THis quote is really sad:

“I’m confident we’ll be able to find a church that we’re comfortable with,” he said. “We probably won’t make any firm decision on this until January, when we know what our lives are going to be like.”

So, it depends on the election which church he will place his membership????

That is so wrong on so many levels.

This guy cannot be trusted.”

I agree that Obama cannot be trusted! In other words, if he becomes President he will most likely go back to the church he loves and obviously matches his views!

I listened to his comments, and he also said, “If Rev. Wright’s comments had not come to light, there would not have been a problem.” In other words, without a problem to his campaign he would not have left the church!
