When a rumor really gets going it gets fueled by more and more specific details, all just as grounded in reality as the original hazy rumor. That is, not at all.
But the interesting thing about this rumor is how it is taking on a life of its own. It almost doesn’t matter anymore whether or not there actually is a tape.
To many people, the tape exists and it is proof of Michelle and Barry’s racism.
Well, you know what, in a metaphysical sense the tape does exist because Michelle and Barry really are a couple of racists.

Bob Beckel would be blowing this off as GOP dirty tricks if it were a hoax. He seems concerned, and knowing Michelle Obama as we do, I believe there is a tape, Hillary knows there is a tape, and she can help whitey forgive Barack... if she’s named veep.
