I just have a hunch that his campaign is scared to death about his say something that's a deal breaker for most, and about his looking Dukakis-goofy in Any military uniform or hardware, so they many not show at all.
Either that, or they'll blow it off until they absolutely have no choice BUT to show up. That kind of thing.

Seriously, I believe they will arrange for Mehdi Obama to”meet” with the Iraqi foreign minister and maybe, just maybe, force a general or too to “report to him”! All this will be conducted in the friendly confines of the green zone in front of NBC cameras and comments from Dave Gregory!
That way, they think, he will look presidential enough, with no cold shoulder from our troops, they may have Iraqi “dishonor guard” arrangement.
