Price has been a black political leader of Dallas since the 1980s. During that time Dallas went from one of the best run cities in the country to one of the worst, especially in its government law enforcement and infrastructure. He has been instrumental in the decline.

Lets not forget that “colored people” demanded to be called black, an appellation they scorned for decades. For years they insisted on Negro or colored but never black.
