Iran's president on Tuesday blamed the U.S. and other "big powers" for global ills such as nuclear proliferation and AIDS, and accused them of exploiting the U.N. for their own gain and the developing world's loss.
But, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said, time was on the poor countries' side.

These illegal immigrants in general have more sexual partners than ordinary Mexicans, Yanez said.
They are more likely to have sex with prostitutes without using condoms, and to take intravenous drugs more often, thus taking greater risk of AIDS infection, said the professor.
Of course, for Ahmadinejad it is a particular concern because, after oil, the number one source of foreign investment in Iran is the money sent home by Iranian prostitutes working abroad.

Why are we sending $150 Billion of our tax money out of the country to fight Aids then? Money we don’t have and have to borrow from China. Those countries need to learn to take care of themselves. We are making these countries welfare states and we are paying for it.
