His Obama Civilian Youth Corps, which will be trained and funded as well as the Army, has the compulsory two-year requirement of the military draft.

I believe that the Dems who put forth bills to reinstate the draft are playing with the people. They expect the Repubs to vote for it so that they can then say ‘the Republicans want a draft!’. The people who are most against the draft are the Military. They don't want a bunch of doofusus who don't want to be in the Military.
