I have said ad nauseum that McCain and Obama SHARE the same anti American agenda when it comes to immigration amnesty and cap and trade. I have not ignored Obama, I have compared him to your candidate. Did you choose to purposely ignore this, or are you just thick?

You decry the lack of substance in my posts. Then why do you bother replying? Obviously, there must be something there, or you would out doing something more constructive, like trying to make your candidate more conservative.

Conventional wisdom around here is that McCain is some kind of political savior for America when compared to Obama. I offer an alternative opinion. He is not.

I have told you that whether Obama or McCain wins, I will still have to oppose either of them. Can you not read? Yet you say I don’t address an Obama presidential reality. I have explained what will happen to this country under either administration.

You excerpted legislation. So did I. How long do you want to play “I’m right-you’re wrong!” with me? You don’t like my answer, I have told you—this is all you get.

You asked if I called Sessions to thank him for supporting MccAin. Why would I? I don’t thank people for mistakes.

I could list every Senate race and what my prediction was. It would be a waste of time. If you can find articles out there by reasoned people who say the Republicans will have less than 40 seats after January 2009, post them.

BTW, Obama’s vote will not select the next President. The collective vote of the public will.

Still waiting for that link...

Like I said, once you can list enough seats held by the DNC that you see as vulnerable, enough to make your scenario even remotely possible, you can get back to me.

“If you can find articles out there by reasoned people who say the Republicans will have less than 40 seats after January 2009, post them.”

[Many House GOP operatives are privately predicting that the party could easily lose up to 20 seats this fall.
Combined with the 30 seats that the GOP lost in 2006, that would leave the party facing a 70-vote deficit against Democrats in the House — a state of powerlessness reminiscent of Republicans’ long wilderness years in the 1960s and ’70s. Things are not particularly more hopeful on the Senate side, where most analysts say Democrats have a strong chance of adding five or more seats to their current majority.]

Nine or more seats will have to be lost in the Senate to give the Democrats a super majority.

Actually, you can achieve cloture with 60 votes, so only eight seats will have to be lost. My figure of nine was incorrect.

“I have not ignored Obama, I have compared him to your candidate. Did you choose to purposely ignore this, or are you just thick?”

Well, I had asked you what Obama’s policy is on immigration. You don’t seem to have an answer for this. I also asked you what Obama’s energy plan is. Once again, no response.

“Conventional wisdom around here is that McCain is some kind of political savior for America when compared to Obama.”

Well, he is the only one that can save us from Obama. And since you want McCain to lose, it is safe to assume that you would rather have Obama as President than McCain.

“I offer an alternative opinion.”

Yes you have offered an alternative option. Your alternative is Mr. Neither. Who is this Mr. Neither and how does he intend on defeating both McCain and Obama in the Presidental Election?

“I have told you that whether Obama or McCain wins, I will still have to oppose either of them.”

That’s nice, but that’s not what I asked you. I asked you, between McCain and Obama, who you would rather see win. And why does this statement of yours only contain Obama and McCain? What happened to your alternative, Mr. Neither?

it would have been far better had the question been: are you better off than you were TWO years ago when the Democrats took over Congress.

But the question, as I understand it, is: are YOU better off, not is the country better off. The country IS better off but most families paying $4/gallon for gas and much more for groceries don’t think THEY are better off. Two years ago, even after Katrina, I wasn’t paying $4/gallon for gas and $4/gallon for milk and $4 for a dozen eggs.

You just like to “hear” yourself talk. This is the last time I will address you.

You have been intellectually dishonest with my answers, and it has been quite obvious. You like to talk. You want the last word.

Mr. Neither does not exist, I did not refer to Mr. Neither—he is an invention of your own mind, which I have shown time and time again to be faulty in the use of logic and the number of inputs it can compute with.

As proof: you made a statement that McCain is the only one who save us from Obama. You are wrong. There is one other person who can “save us”, although maybe not in the way you think, from Obama, and that is Hillary Clinton.
Your mind is so closed and so focussed on a closed set of variables that you cannot think out of the box.

You have shown that you are incapable of listening even if I repeatedly explain and clarify my point. You merely repeat your incorrect assertions. It is like conversing with a person who has short term memory loss.

I have been patient with you, but that was a waste of time.

But in keeping with the delusions that most McCainiacs like to comfort themselves with, why not just declare yourself the winner and pat yourself on the back.

At least one of us will know the truth.

“Mr. Neither does not exist, I did not refer to Mr. Neither”

He doesn’t? Well, in that case, since either Obama or McCain will be elected, which one would you rather see win? Remember, by your own admission, Mr. Neither does not exist.

“You have been intellectually dishonest with my answers”

No, I’ve been making fun of your non-answers. If you had actually answered my simple question, you would have stated which candidate you would rather see win. Since you would rather see Obama win than McCain, but are unwilling to admit this, you resort to non-answers.
