FORT WORTH, Texas -- A photograph taken by an NBC 5 employee shows former presidential candidate John Edwards with his videographer, Rielle Hunter, 42, on a stop in Dallas in 2006.
The pair were in North Texas during Edwards' book tour.
Edwards, who won praise and sympathy as he campaigned side-by-side with his cancer-stricken wife, Elizabeth, admitted Friday he had had an extramarital affair with Hunter.
Hunter was working for Edwards producing videos for his campaign.
Edwards said he made a serious error in judgment when he had an affair and is ashamed of his conduct.
Oh, my..... John Edwards and Chris Matthews going on about how awful it was that Ann Coulter did not express shame...... the irony is too rich...... maybe the lying huckster John Edwards can spend some time and energy expressing his own SHAME for awhile now......

Wolf Blitzer is hosting Larry King alive and interviewing the spokeswoman for the Edwards. The spokeswoman, Jennifer Palmieri, said that Mrs Edwards will not be speaking at the convention, that she and John will be at home as this has been a very trying time.
Wolf is actually doing a pretty good job getting into this sorted affair, so far.

What timing - that interview with the fawning Chrissy Matthews would have been within a matter of weeks of the time that Raelle’s baby was conceived...... by someone other than John Edwards, of course...... gotta hand it to Edwards, though, he does have plenty of ‘chutzpah’ ..... going on about how awful and without shame Ann Coulter is, all the while he’s been shtupping his mistress, paying her campaign funds for make-work, and neglecting his cancer-ridden wife. Talk about someone without shame......

I’ve been watching Fox and CNN re-run an interview with Rielle about Edwards back in 2007. She sounds like a 14 year old telling about how she met her favorite rock star and he actually TALKED to her! Totally star-struck airhead, and she was over 40 years old in that interview. Honestly, I think she’s perfect for him. Superficial, lies effortlessly, and stupid enough to think he’s “really authentic”.
