Bill Clinton said recently that ‘the constitution defines who is qualified to be president.’...

you're right. He was asked about Obama's qualifications, but instead of addressing Obama's experience and abilities, he gave the Constitutional answer.

And instead of phrasing the answer like "Obama is qualified under the Constitution...", he said "The Constitution defines who is qualified...", which leaves open the possibility that Obama may not qualify.

The Clinton's choose their words extremely carefully. As weird as this seems, the Clintons may be expecting this issue to explode.

"He was asked about Obama's qualifications, but instead of addressing Obama's experience and abilities, he gave the Constitutional answer."

I didn't hear him being asked about Obama's qualifications in this video.

The reporterette says; "It's been about 8 weeks and your friends say you are angry." Clinton says; "I'm not, and I never was mad at Senator Obama, I think everybody has a right to run for President who qualifies under the constitution."

I am not a racist video
