He SHOULD have to. The Constitution of the United States actually demands it. It IS the law you know? Or is this another "frivolous" Constitutional issue we should just igore?
IF Obama was born in Hawaii, no problem.
The Constitution lays out the requirements for president. The Constitution does not say how or when those requirements should be checked or who checks them. There is no law on the books specifying the how or who, either. It's a grey area; throughout our history candidates are assumed to meet the qualification because they say they did. Unless someone can come up with solid evidence to the contrary, Obama gets the same treatment.
