I have to give kudos to NBC this year. Just about every time I've turned it on if it isn't commercials (a necessary evil to pay for the olympics) it has been sports. I think I've seen only one "touching" olympian story the entire time I've watched. Last time it seemed like wall-to-wall background stories with an occasional event to provide some set up for the next story.
And Visa just had a commercial congratulating Phelps. I wonder what would have run if the US came in second?
