SAN ANTONIO — A man and woman are accused of trying to sell her 5-year-old daughter for sex.

Jennifer Richards and Sean Michael Block were arrested Tuesday. Richards is charged with using interstate facilities to transmit information about a minor. Block is charged with distributing child pornography.
