That was my first observation: Bizarre, jumbled writing, extremely unprofessional.

I agree. Or in his own words; "Just to name one of the problems..."

Here's another gem; "Since the beginning of the U.S. Constitution, in order to run for Office of the President, you must be a "natural born citizen"

The language seems kooky, but I don't know very much about the substantive claims and legal issues.
