Since THE ONE thinks that our inflating our tires could save us from drilling, how come he has not gone after an even worse drain in some cars fuel economy? Since most of us keep our tires inflated properly, THE ONE's suggestion is nearly worthless ( as he is as well ). BUT(t) there is even a bigger source of bad economy on some cars, and in specific, on cars that belong to THE ONE's supporters: roof racks and bicycle racks ( with or without, with bicycles is worse ). These devices are left on cars cause a much higher loss in fuel economy than a way uderinflated tire, since the aerodynamic drag of these things really penalyze mpg, expecially on long freeway trips. Do you think he would anger his base by asking them to take them off when they are not in use? HAH.

I think you get extra points for that too.
LOL! If you have that much truck do what you want, wont make much difference. ;-)
~200 posts in 10 years?
When do you find the time?
Cuts down on smug, too.
Most people who think maintain their car, like checking tire pressure, air filters etc ... regularly. Most newer cars don’t need tuneups, it’s all ask the computer, replace the part it says it needs. That’s all I can do to my cars, everything else is fixed. Tuneup is just prescribed maintenance — Like replace spark plugs at 100,000 miles ...
Shows what out of touch Obama knows about autos more than anything else.
And Lord knows, they are smug enough!
Looks kinda like the Jamaican bus that took me from the airport to my resort...
Had two full-size chandeliers in it hanging down in the middle.
I’m gonna put a windmill in the bed
and generate power while I drive down the road.
I think that is a marvelous idea!
You would look so GREEN too!
