I decided I wouldn't vote for Obama because he's an good speaker without political experience. He should have waited until 2016.

He could walk on water and cure the blind, I still won't vote for Obama because he is a Marxist.

A political neophyte like Obama should have not even been considered, ever.

In probably half the country he won't even be elected as a state representative.

It's just too easy to rewrite this article.

What with the Clintonite sulkiness, Obama’s inability to defend his relationships with the terrorist Ayers, the felon Rezko, or even his wife, and the obvious realization that Obama is too young, too inexperienced, and too smooth-talking to be elected. Yet Barack Obama, for all his inexperience and shortcomings, is running neck-and-neck against John McCain, a centrist Republican nominee with a list of accomplishments longer than a Joe Biden monologue. Obama has built a political operation using anti-semites, reneged on his promise to use public finance, and has made major gaffes in front of millions. McCain, on the other hand, has conducted his campaign with the character and wisdom that can only be described as presidential. Yet at the moment, the two of them appear to be tied. What gives?

If it makes you feel better, you can rationalize McCain's missing 10-point lead on the basis of war weariness or the mental recession. But let's be honest: if you break the numbers down the reason Obama isn't behind right now is that he leads overwhelmingly in two groups: minorities, and the young. He does so for a simple reason: the color of his skin.

Typical leftist claptrap...

When the leftists don’t get the results they want, it’s time to try to destroy the system.

If they can’t get the majority to vote the way they want, go to the courts and have the “will of the people” overturned.

If they can’t get the people they want put in charge, declare that the winners cheated. Then begin screaming that the winners not only cheated, but have rigged the system in ways that ensure that they, “the people,” will never get a fair vote. They destroy confidence in the system.

Then they fan the fires of that lack of confidence. They will threaten violence if they don’t get their way. It’s a long standing tactic of the left.

I really wouldn’t be too surprised if some riots break out in some urban areas if Obama loses.

Mark

>>The libs are already trying to soften the blow of the coming landslide.

More like, “trying to invalidate the results of an election”. Which they tried to do in 2000 and 2004, and will try to do even more aggressively in 2008.

If Obama loses because of the color of his skin, then he has no one to blame but the racists within his own party. No Republican with any amount of self-repsect would even consider voting for Obama for the same reason we would never vote for the likes of Kennedy, Biden, Boxer, or Pelosi. But I personally know several life-long, liberals from the New Enland area who are voting McCain. And yes, they are older white males.

>His skin color really doesn’t matter to most people.<

But his tin ear on domestic oil drilling sure makes people lean toward John McCain. Just because gas is down a bit, doesn’t make it affordable to a lot of working people.

I always knew the cry of racism would appear if Obama lost. I guess they decided to get an early start.

I love the smell of a Liberal waking up to the fact that The Annointed One(TM) may actually lose the race. It smells like...victory!

I don't care why someone votes against Obummer....

.....be it because he is a marxist, is a very good friend of terrorists, has convicted crooks help buy him a house, has a lunatic, American hating jerk for his "spiritual advisor" and mentor just like his old uncle, has a neglected brother living in a hovel in a shit hole country, has a loud mouthed, American hating wife, thinks that China is better than America, thinks that rural Americans are uncultured hicks, clinging to their religion and guns, believes in killing babies even after they are born alive,....

....or that he speaks funny, or that he has big ears, or that he has purple lips, or that he is ugly, too good looking, too tall, too short, he has a mole, his teeth are too white..........

.....or just old fasioned racism by some white folks who will not vote for a black man no matter what.

The objective here is to deny obummer the right to occupy our White House now and forever.

Let some other Black American who is not a leftist lunatic try for POTUS some other time.

Its not the color of his skin that upsets people.

Its the color of his politics...

His skin color really doesn’t matter to most people. Period.

You are wrong here.

It matters to almost fifty percent of the voters. That is why those voters are voting for him. They truly are racist.

I'm in NC and I already voted for a black guy for President this year. I voted for Keyes in the Republican Primary.

So now I can vote for McCain in the general election with a clear conscience

How can a man who loves arugula be considered “black”? Hasn’t Weissberg ever seen “Undercover Brother”? Bill Clinton is 10 times more “black” than Barack Obama.

In all honesty, after spending 20 years in the military — I am completely blind to race.

In fact, I enjoy great friendships that span decades from all ethnic backgrounds because these people are of great moral strength and courage and are committed to the defense of our great nation. That is why I call them friend.

These people have put their country ahead of themselves, and at times their families. They have all excelled in the military where everyone is equal and only separated by earned rank, not the color of your skin.

There is zero tolerance for racial bigotry or bias in the military — offenders are swiftly and harshly dealt with.

So I personally find it rather offensive when I keep being accused by the left that because I will not vote for uber liberal candidate, that that makes me racist.

Let me submit to the left that every time a GOP candidate that happens to be black, is nominated for a position or post — that the black community does not embrace that individual — why. Racism?

Why does the black community shun such great black role models as J.C. Watts, Condoleza Rice, Colin Powell, and Clarence Thomas.

Is it because they are not smart enough?

Is it because the are not Patriotic enough?

Is it because they haven’t suffered enough?

Why does the black community turn its back on such exquisite black candidates such as Michael Steele and Lynn Swan? I’m at a loss for words...is just because there is an R after their names?

Why does the black community only embrace liberal black candidates?

What is wrong with the conservative black candidate?

Again, if I don’t vote for a uber liberal democrat - “who happens to be black,” — does it really have to be about his race.

It simply cannot be that I find far too many of his liberal positions completely unpalatable...I find that very racist and intolerant.

To summarize conventional wisdom of the Dems, including the MSM:

Old white Dems won't vote for Barack.

Old white Republicans would not vote for a Democrat regardless of who he or she is.

Therefore, Republicans are racist.

Same for this Texan. You should have heard the gasps when we were talking about the primary vote here and I said I voted for the black candidate. Everyone know I vote straight (R). When I told them it was Keyes, they knew why. Strictly a protest vote, but that is the way I felt.

How do you know? Did they elect you as their spokesman or something? Did you take a poll?

There were a number of Operation Chaos voters here, but I couldn’t bring myself to pick up the (d) ballot. My neighbor saw me looking at that stack, and the look on her face was shock.

I think those two you tube clips will doom the BO. Biden saying McCain would be a great president is enough to sink his chances.
