there are two choices:
1) Raise the age of consent, conscription, and voting, to 21
2) Lower the drinking age back to 18.

here is the best solution....allow people in the military under 21 to drink alcohol on base in the enlisted club....
I am also convicted by the idea that an 18 y/o can serve on a jury, sign a contract, operate heavy machinery. . .
I oppose drunkenness. But it seems to me you are either an adult or a minor.
Maybe split the difference and give adulthood with drinking etc. to 19 year olds! I guess we’d have to change the constitution, then.
