Now another party I suppose could challenge the person's elector's names on individual state ballots.... assuming there is a state law stating the person has to qualify to be president of the united states to be placed on the ballot.
In any case, this man doesn't have standing to sue in a federal court.
Obama’s attorneys have filed to continue the case until February 30th.

I mean, if they push Obama off the edge, Hillary comes back on scene to fight McCain/Palin, where Ron Paul is about to run as an independent and drain conservative votes. This may lead to the Clintons back to the White House afterall. Yuck.

On August 21st, 2008, Philip J. Berg, Esq. filed a federal lawsuit in federal court (Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083) seeking a Declaratory Judgment and an Injunction that Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States.
Yesterday, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Obama were served with a complaint and summons. The DNC was served at noon and Obama was served at 1:00 p.m. All Defendants have now been served so the case can proceed.
In his lawsuit, Berg stated that Senator Obama:
1. Is not a natural-born citizen; and/or
2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or
3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.
Berg said: “I filed this action at this time to avoid the obvious problems that will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated.”
Berg is a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania; former candidate for Governor and U.S. Senate in Democratic Primaries; former Chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery County; former member of Democratic State Committee; an attorney with offices in Montgomery County, PA and an active practice in Philadelphia, PA.

Actually all I'm hoping for is that they are forced to provide a legit copy of his Birth Certificate. That still seems like a possibility.

It seems a couple people who signed up in the past few months think we’re wasting our time (I guess it’s really theirs for them to tell us how to spend it) and that as Americans we have no standing when it comes to enforcing the constitution on our betters...
Biden would pretty much have to 'me too' Hillary!™ into the VP slot.

Remember, this is a Hillary person filing this lawsuit... If, just for specuations sake it succeeded (I don’t believe it will), do you think 1 Barack voter would vote for hillary??
I think at best it would split the Dem vote between Paul and Clinton and hopefully we could keep the Pubbies intact...

If Obama is kicked out, I do believe Hillary may be called in as VP. Too late though. Obama and Biden have done too much damage to themselves.
I want to have this phony Obama exposed once and for all for what he is.
I still feel McCain should be kicked out too. In the next few days, we will see if Governor Palin can stand on her own against Biden. I am sure she can. Further, will Biden show up drunk? Who needs McCain.
As frustrating as it is, we are living through interesting times.

Since I don’t know who Philip Berg is, I can’t seem to get excited about this.
Oh, wait, I do know something about him ... he’s so dense he doesn’t know how many days are in September.

I would venture a guess that many things in this world exist that you have not seen.

Seriously, isn’t it sort of stupid to think that because you haven’t seen it, it doesn’t exist?
The fact that Mr. Berg titles himself Esquire tells me all I need to know about him, including what level of disdain for him is appropriate.
I don’t car what he calls himself - he’s getting the message out there.
