Here’s a direct quote from the AP:
“The break-in of Palin’s private account is especially significant because Palin sometimes uses non-government e-mail to conduct state business. Previously disclosed e-mails indicate her administration embraced Yahoo accounts as an alternative to government e-mail, which could possibly be released to the public under Alaska’s Open Records Act.”

I would say that’s a damn lie unless they can quote her admitting it. The hacker said he found “nothing incriminating.”
I hate the media more and more every day.
Duct tape was put on one door latch to keep it from locking, but so much was used it could easily be seen from a distance. The best book on the whole thing is titled “Silent Coup.”
Do you have a source for that?
That's easy. Before he set up Ctunnel, Gabriel Ramuglia used to run a computer repair shop in Fairbanks.
Poor choice of tunnel on the part of the Obamapunk!
Obviously, she should have put "Of what town were you mayor of?" as the security question. And "Nairobi" as the answer!
Folks, You can enter ANYTHING in as the 'answer' to your password backup security question. Even this: "%*'mCC~/5Ff-+@)n", or this: "+d~!?b9B'4|=". It works just like a password (any character, upper case, lower case, etc). They don't care what you put down. In fact, they don't even know.
Anyway, Yahoo, and whoever else uses this password backup security question feature, really needs to give a more serious warning about it. I have a feeling they will now.
Several days ago, there was a thread on FR where people were tracing it and posting their findings and it was traced back to Plouffe. They even had a picture of the guy who did it. I guess a person would have to do a search of FR to find the thread.
