==========Dem talking points. Mind plants.===========

Exactly. More programmed disinformation to generate FUD...fear, uncertainty, doubt.

If Governor Palin is wearing so thin, then why are the crowds turning out to see her growing increasingly large?

Good point, but Palin seems to have appeal to conservative Republicans. I am looking for evidence she's maintained her appeal beyond the base. I see large crowds for Obama, too.

I agree. Based on past perfomances, Mc Cain should prevail, but watch for the MSM spin.

One could only expect the post convention bounce to weaken. Thats what happens. I do think though that we will get post debate bounces. The Empty Suit can deliver a speech with the best of them but I think he will get whipped in the debate.

Liberal minds are working overtime to dig deep, they are bouncing around like rats in a bucket trying to find any weapon or strategy to counter Sarah Palin.

What really is wearing thin is the constant Palin bashing from the press and people who play make believe for a living. Its only been a couple of weeks and I have had my fill of reading letters to the editor of the NY Daily News how Gov. Palin kills innocent animals, etc.

450 wishful thinking comments at SFGate already - amazing how perfectly all of their insults about Palin’s inexperience apply to Obama. ;)

Is ‘Palin Effect’ already wearing thin?

This is code for, “We can’t really find anything, so let’s try ignoring her instead.”

I am looking for evidence she's maintained her appeal beyond the base. I see large crowds for Obama, too.

Two points.

First, Palin is the VP on ticket, which is usually ignored.

(Joe "Walking Gaffe" Biden certainly is. Look at the union shirts in the crowd.

Second, didn't Obama give hotel and travel vouchers for his supporters in California to travel to Elko, NM to swell the size of the crowd there?

Palin's enthusiastic crowds are genuine.

Good God, Biden is awful. I can't imagine getting up the enthusiasm to see him in action. Zzzzzzz.

I'd be interested in any articles comparing Obama's crowd sizes now to in months past. Interesting how his use of the Teleprompter is treated like a nice human interest story.

Watch the Florida rally Sunday in The Villages. FL GOP had 30,000 tickets for the event, and they were all gone yesterday.

Palin doesn’t seem to be wearing thin to me, but the Dem talking point that her popularity is on the wane, picked up and regurgitated by the drive-by media, is wearing very thin.
