This is your nation on white privilege (ultra-hateful Obama supporter -- be warned)

For those who still can’t grasp the concept of white privilege, or who are looking for some easy-to-understand examples of it, perhaps this list will help.

White privilege is when you can get pregnant at seventeen like Bristol Palin and everyone is quick to insist that your life and that of your family is a personal matter, and that no one has a right to judge you or your parents, because “every family has challenges,” even as black and Latino families with similar “challenges” are regularly typified as irresponsible, pathological and arbiters of social decay.

White privilege is when you can call yourself a “******’ redneck,” like Bristol Palin’s boyfriend does, and talk about how if anyone messes with you, you'll “kick their ******' ass,” and talk about how you like to “shoot ****” for fun, and still be viewed as a responsible, all-American boy (and a great son-in-law to be) rather than a thug.

White privilege is when you can attend four different colleges in six years like Sarah Palin did (one of which you basically failed out of, then returned to after making up some coursework at a community college), and no one questions your intelligence or commitment to achievement, whereas a person of color who did this would be viewed as unfit for college, and probably someone who only got in in the first place because of affirmative action.

White privilege is when you can claim that being mayor of a town smaller than most medium-sized colleges, and then Governor of a state with about the same number of people as the lower fifth of the island of Manhattan, makes you ready to potentially be president, and people don’t all piss on themselves with laughter...

This article sounds like Mary Mitchell of the Chicago Tribune. Is there a by-line?

This ‘article’ was sent to my husband this morning by one of his liberal buddies that he’s known since college days.
He sent him back an e-mail in response: “I’m white, I’m priviledged and I’m voting for the Honkie and the Hottie”...LMAO

Lets talk about Black priviledge..... That’s when you get to go to College free, but my child cant afford too.
You are picked up by a job, not because you deserve the job, but because you are black..My son doesnt get the job because well he is educated and white. You get “affordable housing”, my daughter has to rent and work, while you get a check for the house and for staying at home....You get to have an operation...and see a very good Doctor...and you dont pay a cent....My daughter has to choose between getting checked for diabetes or her little boys ear infection getting treatment, because her insurance doesnt cover it!!!!! Shall I go on......

Oh, it’s NOT Mary Mitchell. It’s some guy named Tim Wise. This is the kind of guy who, when the SHTF, will be one of the first to cry for someonme to help him, but will be one of the first run over.

Bristol Palin is not on third generation welfare.

Bristol Palin (apparently) knows how to read and write.

Bristol Palin is not dealing hard drugs.

Bristol Palin will marry her child's father.

Bristol Palin is not demanding tax-subsidized abortions.

Any more stupid questions, Mr. [Un]Wise?

Cheers!

Alaska is now the 47th-largest state in population (ahead of North Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming). Delaware is the 45th-largest. Alaska’s largest city is almost four times the size of Delaware’s largest city. Sarah Palin has had executive authority as governor of Alaska. All Joe Biden has to do is mouth off whenever he feels like it, and show up for votes in the Senate whenever he feels like it.

Moody, MySpacey photo? Check!

Self-aggrandizing quote? Check!

Left-wing idiocy? Double check!

We've got ourselves a loser!

It's a personal matter because Bristol is going to get married to the man that fathered the baby. I know, I know. The very idea that a woman would want to get married to the man she let impregnate her is foreign to you.

Those "black and Latino families" you have in mind would be - instead of planning a wedding - celebrating the extra guv'ment check.

So, "white privilege" means "doing the right thing when you screw up".

White privilege is being able to be a gun enthusiast and not make people immediately scared of you.

Using that flawed logic, I should be "scared" of any black male that likes rap music.

“Tim Wise is among the most prominent anti-racist writers and activists in the U.S., and has been called, “One of the most brilliant, articulate and courageous critics of white privilege in the nation,” by best-selling author and professor Michael Eric Dyson, of Georgetown University.”
If this drivel is an example of brilliant and articulate by Georgetown University standards, it's no wonder the liberals are always angry. Their free ride education failed to “learn them” how to formulate a rational thought, and instead taught them to spit out liberal drool in endless run on sentences with no structure and poor punctuation habits.

Can I talk about the 79% black births to unwed mothers, or is that Black privilege?

The difference, chump? The Bristol Palin's of the world don't leverage their situation to angle for more goverment handouts.

It's not about color; it's about R-E-S-P-O-N-S-I-B-I-L-I-T-Y.

Ignorance is no0 exscuse to speak stupidly.
I am quite sure the writer knew that in the Palin family the “family “ is intact, all are working and are not nor will be dependant on others to support the young women poor choice. Unfortnutely the reality in the black communtiy does not match to this example in most cases. But as I say the writer knows that and was just being ignorant.
