While the two presidential candidates, Senators John McCain and Barack Obama, prepare for their second debate on Oct. 7 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tom Brokaw gets to sift through questions submitted by you. In addition to queries from a group randomly selected by the Gallup organization, Brokaw will be fielding questions submitted online at mydebates.org, the site created by the Commission on Presidential Debates and Myspace. The focus of the town hall-style debate will be domestic and foreign policy, Brokaw's specialties.
And it is just me or does it sound like 0 wants to try putting our enemies into "time out" as an option. Sheesh!

How about Republicans grow a pair. Brokaw couldn't host ... er ... "moderate" this "debate" (which I'm not watching, only breezing through this thread) ... without one thing:

Either candidate could hold the thing hostage. I say Republicans grow a pair and say okay, we have two moderators. Obama's team picks one, we pick one. Either that, or no "debate."

Yep, he got completely off track on the Georgia follow up stuff... strung stump speech sound bites not fully related and ummed em together. It was horrific, and now he’s off completely.
