Esquire backs Obama in its first endorsement

WASHINGTON—Esquire is backing Democrat Barack Obama for president -- its first endorsement in the magazine's 75-year history.

The Illinois senator is "the only possible choice to lead the country," editors wrote in the November issue, on newsstands Oct. 14. They also encouraged people to vote for Obama because the next president will influence the direction of the Supreme Court.

"The best argument for the election of Barack Obama as president of the United States is written quite clearly in the peaks and squiggles of John Paul Stevens' EKG," they wrote of the 88-year-old justice.

Republican presidential nominee John McCain has run a "cheap and dishonorable campaign," they said. And his running mate, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is "stunningly unqualified."

Wow! A left-wing, somewhat "metrosexual"(read homosexual) fashion mag is endorsing Senator Barack Hussein Obama? What next? Wet rain?

"Stunningly unqualified" is it? She has more executive experience than Senators Obama and Biden, COMBINED!! What does that make them? Neither one has ever run so much as a shoe store! LOL

Allowing Born-Alive Babies To Die Is Not Part Of A Woman's Choice:

* When asked by Saddleback Church Pastor Rick Warren "When does a baby get human rights", Barack Obama said glibly that it was "above my pay grade". How can a man who wants to be President Of The United States say that questions about Human Rights are "above my pay grade"? Barack Obama, while Illinois State Senator actually voted several times to allow newborn infants, babies born alive who survived late-term abortions, to be neglected, denied medical care, starved and killed in hospitals as a form of "reproductive rights" and "women's choice".

Even dogs would have more rights than babies who survive abortion under laws supported by Obama. Barack Obama voted on record to say that those living breathing infants do not have human rights and yet he didn't even have the courage to answer that same question at a time when the people of the nation he wants to lead are all watching and listening. That's just shameful cowardice.

We Can't Protect Human Rights If We Can't Protect Human Life.

Don't worry. Ebony and Jet are published in my little city and those that work at the plant are worried about their jobs. Circulation is not too good.

“Neither one has ever run so much as a shoe store!”

Obama was in charge of training voter fraud agents. Plus his own campaign. Only a racist could ignore Obama’s vast qualifications.

In a related story, the Iron Dog Snow Machine Racing Association is leaning towards that McCain-Palin endorsement.

Words fail me. Stevens must be looking the wrong direction into a one way window.

Esquire wants more left-wing judges to re-write the constitution from the bench and guarantee all forms of abortion on demand. Nice.

I predict Esquire won’t be around too much longer. Circulation of these periodicals is declining rapidly.

Go to your local book store, grab a handful of Esquire's and retire to the men's or women's room and drop them in to the toilet.

Then,......

Actually, this unprecedented (and commercially counterproductive) move is in fact proof positive that the gays have taken over the magazine completely.

You know how Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Borders, etc. always has the left-wing books on display prominently up front and hides anything conservative? When I'm there, I do the old switcharoo on them.

You got that right. Recently, they tried to get me to subscribe for $6 for a year. Cheap as that is I declined because they are so liberal. Good thing. It saves me the trouble of cancelling now.
