Decision to teach kids to be 'gay' allowed to stand.

A federal court decision approving mandatory public school instruction for children as young as kindergarten in how to be homosexual is being allowed to stand, drawing a description of "despicable" from the parent who unsuccessfully challenged his school district's "gay" advocacy agenda.

The U.S. Supreme Court without comment has refused to intervene in a case prompted by the actions of officials at Estabrook Elementary school in Lexington, Mass., who not only were teaching homosexuality to young children, but specifically refused to allow Christian parents to opt their children out of the indoctrination.

The case on which WND has reported previously involves Massachusetts father David Parker, who with his wife now have withdrawn their children from public schools, for which they continue to pay taxes, and are homeschooling.

The decision by the Supreme Court leaves standing the ruling from the appeals court for Massachusetts, where Judge Sandra Lynch said those who are concerned over such civil rights violations "may seek recourse to the normal political processes for change in the town and state."

Earlier District Judge Mark Wolf had ordered that school officials' work to undermine Christian beliefs and teach homosexuality is needed to prepare children for citizenship, and if parents don't like it they can elect a different school committee or homeschool their children.

There's no evidence whatsoever that assembling all the homosexuals in one spot reduces their suicide incidence.

But, I guarantee assembling them all in one place will increase the STD rate.

It doesn’t seem fair, but unless public education becomes mandatory and assigned, the Supreme Court really can’t get involved.

The way things are going, you don't think that is going to be next? When judges force gay marriage upon the populace, it doesn't take much imagination to think they will ultimately force kids into public schools.

Up until now, courts have maintained parental rights, I suspect that day may come.

It is all about homosexual access to kids. Rome had their catamites and today’s male homosexuals want their little boys too.

So do they have them rimming each other or what?””

A demonstration of fecal consumption and how to get a dozen venereal diseases and pass them to others, is part of the curriculum of enlightened and tolerant education, and....., clearly more important than math and science.

Attacking the messenger is not what the thread is about. Many people in CA are outraged at this law designed to allow perverts greater access to children is the worst form of sexual abuse and harrassment, and yet, it goes unchallenged in “legal” circles.

WND is hated and vilified for the usual simple reasons. They say things our adversaries do not want anyone to hear. Many even here on FreeRepublic sip the Kool Aid even if just a taste, and fall into the chorus. It is so easy to join the harangue and throw a stone when others nearby are throwing stones. But WND has always done wonderfully by us Terri Listers.

Shucks, Jerome Corsi, hated on his own accord for bringing truth to the elections, has used and made famous a term you can find originating right here on the Terri Dailies, "The Obama Nation". Bob Unruh has always done right by us, especially.

There was no reason given for the refusal to intervene...perhaps the court felt that the point was mute since the children were now homeschooled. It would make an interesting case though to sue for at least a partial refund of the school taxes...citing as precedent the lower fed court judge’s statement that the children could be homeschooled.

WND is far above most media outlets in terms of addressing the most important issues that are either ignored, downplayed or promoted by the NYtimes, LAtimes, Time mag, ABC, NBC, and cBS. Corsi is a courageous individual imho.

For those who do not want their children indoctrinated and seduced into the "gay" life, there is no recourse but to homeschool or find a good private school - hard, and you have to have the money for it. Of course, not all public schools are as bad as the ones in Massachusetts, but the homosexual agenda pushers are working on it, with a lot of help from the courts, this time the SCOTUS.

And folks - this is another reason why Barack Hussein Obama must be defeated. There are several Justices who are very old. The next President will undoubtedly appoint at least two of them. Can you imagine the kind of rabid leftist pro-"gay" racist and maybe even jihad sympathizing individuals he would place there? Homosexual Agenda Ping

We sacrifice and do the private school thing.

It is a burden but it is paying off.

What is needed is a school tax rebellion to defund and shut down the government indoctrination camps.

When are home and privately schooling parents going to wise up? They need to join together ( along with others in the community) to elect representatives that will pull the money plug on the government schools.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Interesting argument.

Why couldn't citizens in general sue?

Obviously it is impossible for any school to be religiously neutral. By running government schools the government is establishing the religious worldview of one group of citizens, and, at the same time, attempting to destroy the religious beliefs of others.

Why should any citizen be under police threat to pay taxes for this religiously, culturally, and politically non-neutral abomination?
