Zogby’s special sauce. The Democrats used inflated poll results as “proof” that the election had been “stolen”; they wouldn’t admit that the books were cooked to supress the vote “it’s already been lost, Republicans”.

Donate and volunteer. Go to your local McCain HQ this weekend.

No football games on TV. Sorry. Watch the Sunday night game.

When considered in concert with the massive voter fraud with which ACORN appears to be intimately involved, I honestly believe this is just laying the groundwork for stealing the election.

In Gore's and Kerry's cases, I think the Republican margin of victory was substantially greater than the vote count showed, and that there were simply not enough fradulent votes to make up the difference, hence the Democrat's general disbelief at the Republican victory.

This time, however, they seem to be pulling out the stops in favor of garnering an overwhelming percentage of the vote, even if the votes/voters have to be fabricated.

Amen to all of the above posts! All polls are propaganda. There's no way to know who's doing better. Asking approximately a 1,000 people for whom they will vote can not tell you how 100-150 million people will vote. They couldn't tell you in 2000 or 2004, and they aren't telling you now.

OCTOBER 9, 2004
Kerry wins by a significant margin according to polls
OCTOBER 9, 2008
Obama wins by a significan margin according to polls

History repeats itself.

The MSM are already saying if Obama loses it’s because of racism. These junk polls propping up Hussein are going to cause riots when he loses.

A couple of years ago, I was in Boston on business. A cabbie told me an interesting tale, which I later found out is true in concept, though I can’t confirm the specific details of the event he described.

As he drove me past the State House, he said there is a side door into the building that traditionally is reserved for entry only by the President of the United States. Sometime after Kerry was defeated in 2004, he traveled to the State House to make a speech or some other business. He actually tried to enter through that door. They would not let him walk through it, and he was forced to walk around to a different entrance.

That was the cabbie’s story anyway.

We stomped Kerry here (+5) in Florida but we worked HARD at it with lots of volunteers. Kerry flooded FL with MoveON.com paid thugs.

Soros decided this year to attack the markets (shorting) after Obama,Ayers, ACRON put Cloward-Piven in place after infecting Fannie & Freddie to spread garbage mortgages.

Obama is a FAR less attractive candidate than Kerry in FL. Obama will get fewer Jewish voters and we are going to get at least 20% of white Hillary Democrats if not more.

Donate and volunteer for McCain-PALIN 2008

The thing you have to worry about...is that falsely registered new voters...do actually vote.

What I see here....is a vast land of opportunity for lawsuits after this election. Ten college kids could dismantle an entire county listing of registered voters and within 30 days....show who actually exists and who doesn’t. Those guys who vote twice or more....are going find themselves in a courtroom....spending several thousand dollars on legal costs....and then finding themselves in some kind of jail situation for two months. Its just not worth it.

And the candidate who won? He has to sit there while several thousand of his supporters are facing court. Here in spring 2009....I’m expecting a very organized effort to put threat of jail into the hearts of 5,000 Americans.

I could be a lot more optimistic if I could be sure that the ACORN voters were being thrown out in all the swing states. As it is, I don’t think there is anything that can be done to clean up that mess before the election. So many of those votes have already been counted. Fraud is firmly in place, and I’m not sure it is possible to overcome it. We don’t have the ground game that the communists have.

How about the [Republican] MORONS in Florida in 2000 that walked away from the polls before voting because the networks called the state early for Gore, while polls were still open?

Was it proven that many did? I thought it was just an MSM-tactic to make people stay home -and don't know if it actually worked.

Another thing is simple.

The Gallop Poll which the left has been touting showing Obambi up by 11, look at the internals.

They won’t show you the weighting, but they’re showing percentages by category.

In the case of very liberal, liberal, moderately liberal, independant, moderatly conservative, conservative, very conservative, the numbers for the last poll to this one, the percentages of those favoring Obama have gone down in almost every category while McCain’s numbers have gone up in every category except moderately liberal and yet, in the same timespan, Obama’s numbers went up 3 points and McCain’s down 3.

32 EVs is hardly a landslide, and the polls was flip-flopping all over the place in the month leading up to the election if you browse forward and back. Throughout the month the owner of the site was saying the race was wide open with the swing states all polling well within the margin of error and the election was too close to call.

It's also worth noting that at the time Electoral-Vote.com used the most recent poll and included partisan pollsters at the time which, in hindsight, created biased the results. Most of the online poll aggregators are averaging all the polls over 7 days which should provide a more accurate result and reduce the noise.

Sorry......No way the “0” is up by 8 here. That poll was done by Public Policy, not exactly a bastion of conservative values (Or any other GOOD values for that matter)

BTW Sarah Palin will be here (Richmond) on Monday the 13th. I think both will be in the Hampton Roades area.

I’ve got a stress secduled that morning but the only way I’m not going to the rally in Richmond is if the stress test kills me. If so I’ll have the hearse take me..........

The Gallop Poll which the left has been touting showing Obambi up by 11, look at the internals.

Why does Fox News keep referring to this poll, but not the Zogby telephone polls or the Rasmussen polls? Why has Gallup suddenly being considered the only reliable poll?

Look, it’s simple: if you think the professional pollsters are flawed and you think you can improve on their figures, create a site in the style of fivethirtyeight, electoral-vote.com, RCP etc that aggregates and analyses polls based on your methodology.

Come election-time, if you are indeed accurate and the professional pollsters’ figures are indeed wrong then this will be seen when the results come out and come 2010 or 2012 you’ll create a following and likely be able to make quite a bit of cash.

You’re wasting your polling talents if you think ranting on this site about biases of the pollsters by preaching to the converted is the best way of telling the world while everyone else is following the ‘inaccurate’ biased figures.

For what it’s worth, it’s fairly obvious that any polls showing Obama being +11 are outliers - +5 I can believe.
