US ATTORNEY IN OHIO TO FILE RICO ACTION AGAINST ACORN TOMORROW MORNING

Cowbell theme added; click pic

No link. Exclusive.

Someone reliable tells me this.

Oh, wait. I guess I have to say it:

IMPACTING HARD...

A Special Day: Due to unusual circumstances, the AoS Cowbell theme has been linked to a story not about economic news.

Experts believe this is only the first time the precious Cowbell Theme has been so utilized. "It's unprecedented, as far as I know," said Michael Bellesiles, who cited an non-existent microfiche as evidence. "I haven't see cowbell used in such an aggressive, imperialist fashion since the Mixed Media Cowbell Extravaganza of 2006. By the way, American settlers didn't own guns. They hunted with primitive Nerf (TM) technology learned from the Algonquin indians."

What is your evidence that this is BS?

I don’t know how you make it nationwide, I would think it would be up to the federal prosecutors in each of the districts as to whether or not they will bring charges.. I have no idea how anyone could cause an investigation to begin. Charges are usually entered after investigations have found reasonable evidence to persue prosecution.

Well, anyone can file a civil lawsuit against anyone else, whether its based on facts or completely made up. I doubt a civil case would get any press. Criminal charges though, that’s tough to ignore.

McCain needs to say at his next rally “Ex-execs at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and ACORN will be prosecuted if they have violated the law.”

FOXNews reported about 30 minutes ago that McCain has called for a federal investigation of ACORN.

“I’ll wait for Foxnews or CNN or “someone” to tell me this before I even classify it as news....”

You actually used CNN in the same sentence as FoxNews?? Wow!

Big difference between the Clinton News Network and Fox. Kind of an unusual matching!

If they ever locked up every corrupt pol in Chicago and their associates, the city’s population would decline by one-half.

“When Fitzpatrick calls for Obama to testify”

He’s more likely to call Rove and Libby.

I’m assuming in areas heavily populated and run by democrats, they must have full reign at the precincts to do whatever the heck they want with all those blank forms at the end of the night on election night.

That's certainly a possibility, but you would be increasing the number of people involved. The more people involved the greater the chance of getting caught. Also, how can they be sure the Pub election official won't hang around?

I -- also -- will believe it when I see it. Any US Attorney that starts this case had better wrap it up at warp speed. If Obama is elected, he will fire all the US Attorneys on day one.

Oh, and Congress will still hold hearings on the "politically motivated firings" of the Bush administration.

Does anyone know if there can be more than one federal indictment against an organization like ACORN in more than one Federal Court Jurisdiction Area? For instance, can they file this one in Ohio, and have a separate investigation in Chicago and file one there too - especially if it involves different people (like OBAMA in Chicago for the last 10-15 years?).

The US attorney in Chicago an indict Acorn over activities in his area, and the one in Ohio can independently indict them for activities in Ohio. Any and every US attorney in the US can have his own independent indictment against ACORN. This would make the most sense if the objective is to ensure a conviction on something, somewhere.

To: BIOCHEMKY; All

I have a question about the ACORN registrations. When the Dims get there numbers padded by fake registrations, do the pollsters then start changing their sampling percentages based one those false numbers? If so, then the actual percentages between the Pubs and the Dims are not accurate and the Dims are being over polled, and therefore are the polls are WRONG, right????

...thats how they did it in Washington State when Gergoire stole the election. 5 People went to prison for it, but Gregoire STILL got the office.

Thanks for the explanation. All they need is for the fraudulent registrations to be on the books and that gives them the ability to run extra ballots if needed. I understand they need to do it after the Pub election official goes home and they know what the count is for the precinct. They don't want to go over 95% turnout or it might raise suspicion.

I would think we should be pushing for a mandatory minimum of 20 yrs for vote fraud, preferably served at Pelican Bay. Our entire system of govt. becomes a joke if a few thugs can make citizens votes worthless.

I hadn't thought of it before, but this is probably an element in the non stop preaching that everybody should register to vote.

I hope it is Greg.

I know him, attended school with him and am amazed at his grit.

I was so shocked to learn, as an aside about ACORN, from the Glenn Beck Radio Show, that ACORN is ingrained in different bills that have been passed-BUT THE ONE THAT IS SO AWFUL is the bill that was passed this past JULY wherein EVERY LOAN given by FannieMae or Freddie Mac h as attached to it 300 to 500 dollars that is to go to ACORN to the tune of approximately FlIVE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want this BILL to be taken off our lawbooks! NOW!!!

Why should money that is taken from MY TAX DOLLARS be used to support a CREEPY organization that bullies and engages in voter fraud to HELP DEMOCRATS?

Is there a marriage of the name “Barack Obama” to the term “unindicted co-conspiritor” in our future?
